Wazzzup!!
Well gents, im proud to announce that im officially back in the game. Just did my first workout for week 1 of Round 3 I believe, more like Round 2.5 because I fell out of the race in the previous competition. Which leads me to ask, how is everyone doing with there training, posts are a rare thing on the forum and the blogs, not sure I like it lol
Feel free to visit my blog and leave comments, I love reading about other peoples progress and the progress pictures are pure motivation.
The workout today was intense, totally had a reality shock when I realized that the couple of weeks that I took off totally killed my stamina and endurance, but it can only get better rooit :) with plenty of healthy food, tons of HIIT and intense workouts I should be back in it in no time, which is awesome
Well it's time to go eat some excellent clean food
HIIT tomorrow, totally gonna own it!
Keep it real fellas
Peace

I'm Back :)
Hey Guys!
So I'm finally starting to post on my blog again :) I went off the rails for a few weeks, not sure exactly why. Could be the fact that not so many people are active on the forum anymore, which leads to less motivation and even less ACTION! But now that its all behind me, it's time to start hitting that diet hard and the training even harder.
Already got all my food for the upcoming week so I'm all set to go, can't wait... Im going to be starting Arnel's 16 week program from the beginning, it's gonna be great!
I will be updating my blog as often as possible, daily updates would be the best but I'm just gonna have to see if I can get the time. But don;t worry, this blog is gonna be ACTIVE! Hopefully others will catch on that working out and eating healthy is awesome and also start blogging again. COME ON peeps, we CAN ALL do this!!
Until next time, TAKE CARE!
There's no effort like a team effort

End of Week 8

My diet this week was pretty good, stayed away from the cheat meals and I must say, I didn't really miss the cheat. I'm thinking about only having a cheat meal every second week, but we will see how that goes. My last post was 2 weeks ago so I'm glad I got these progress pics up today, I can notice some progress in todays picture so I guess that's good. I'm also feeling my strength improve every week which I'm not complaining about.
I'm still going strong with my zero alcohol for the entire 16 weeks goal. I reckon it was a great goal to set, I have no problem saying NO to my friends when they offer me alcohol lol I bet my body is also pleased that I'm not poisoning it with useless drinks.
That's pretty much it for today, hope everyone is eating clean and training hard!
Peace
Wow what a workout!
I really enjoyed that 300 workout. I now feel like a Spartan. The intensity of this challenge was high, which is good because I pushed my body to the limit. These workouts just get better and better.
I was able to complete most of the reps without taking a break but at certain points during the workout my body just needed a quick breather. Completed it in 25mins, first time that I actually timed the workout so we will see if I can beat that time in the next 300 Challenge, which is on March 10 2008
Well thats it from me today, will post my end of week 8 progress pics tomorrow so stay blogged on for that :)..till tomorrow..
Take Care!

Round 2 Progress so far!
A little bit about me
My name is Steve and I live in Sunny South Africa. This is my latest blog where I am going to post all my progress for Arne'l's 16 week program. I was a member of the first group to do this challenge, you can have a look at my progress from the first group on my old blog http://www.flickr.com/photos/13846181@N04/
So far round 2 of the 16 weeks is going great! I'm currently in week 8 of 16. My reason for doing the challenge again is because I got the first row of abs showing pretty good so I want to keep shredding so that the lower abs can be poppin aswell.
After I've completed round 2 of the 16 weeks program im going to start bulking up, so I can get some good muscle mass. I will post all of my progress here.
You can contact me on http://6paforum.forumotion.com/index.htm This is a great forum filled with very useful health & fitness information along with a group of helpful members always willing to give advice along your journey to six pack abs. I am one of 3 moderators on the forum, click the link and sign up today.
I give thanks to Arnel Ricafranca who provided all the workout programs and videos for free. I have listed a number of his websites under my website links. Be sure to visit his websites and start your own journey to six pack abs. It really is a great trip!
I will update my blog every week on Monday with my latest progress pictures, but I will update my blog with workout updates as often as I can during the week.
